Vissla Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be stoked on your Vissla purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unused items in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Please allow time for the refund to post to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the provided return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
